CrossFit Training

CrossFit at CrossFit Reigate combines functional movement, strength training, and conditioning in coach-led sessions designed for real progress. Every workout is carefully structured to help you move better, build strength, and improve your overall fitness.

Our coaches scale each session to suit your experience and ability. Whether it is your first class or you have years of training behind you, you will always receive guidance, support, and a clear path to improvement.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting sessions focus on developing the snatch and the clean and jerk with precision and confidence. These classes help athletes improve technique, build explosive strength, and develop control under the bar.

You will work closely with experienced coaches who break movements down step by step. With consistent practice and expert feedback, you will develop both the skill and confidence needed to lift safely and effectively.

Crossfit Kids

CrossFit Kids introduces young athletes to movement through fun, structured training sessions. Each class helps children develop coordination, strength, and confidence in a positive and supportive environment.

Our coaches focus on building good movement habits early while keeping sessions enjoyable and engaging. The goal is to help kids stay active, feel capable, and enjoy training with others.
